Ryan Dalzell, Board Chairperson

Ryan joined the PHC board in 2018. He works with his brother and father at the Dalzell Group, a residential real estate and development business in North County. They are members of The Mission Church in Carlsbad and help lead a small group Bible study.

Joseph Marty, Vice Chairman

Joseph is a North County resident and has been serving on the board for three years. He currently works for Sharp Healthcare and has served in the healthcare field for 43 years. Joseph attends Calvary Chapel Oceanside.

Andy Boyer, Board Treasurer

Andy resides in Carlsbad, CA, and has been involved with PHC since late 2013 and a board member since early 2014. He attends North Coast Calvary Chapel in Carlsbad and is a small business entrepreneur in machine automation and robotics.

Brittany Troke, Board Secretary

Brittany is married to a Marine and is a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful daughters. She and her family attend North Coast Church. Brittany began volunteering at PHC in March of 2013 and served on staff for a couple of years as well. Brittany began serving as a Board member in 2018.

Jeff Jackson, Board Pastor

Pastor Jeff is a former missionary and church planter that currently serves as the Director of Church Relations and Missionary Care for Shepherd's Staff Mission Facilitators. He also serves as a board member of the Escondido Senior Housing Association. He attends Life Mission church in Escondido and began serving on the PHC Board in 2017.

Judy Nelson, Board Member

Judy lives in Encinitas and has been serving on the board since 2010 and attends North Coast Calvary Chapel. Judy has been self-employed in a family service business for 35 years and is planning on retiring in 2019.

Dr. Robert Detrich, Medical Director

Robert is an Obstetrics and Gynecology doctor who practiced medicine predominantly at Tri-City Hospital in Oceanside until retiring in 2004. He is a member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Carlsbad and currently serves as president of the congregation and Lutheran school. He is also a member of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce.
